Manchego: 100% Manchega sheep’s milk is used in a traditional recipe for PDO Manchego, made by Artesanos Queseros in Spain’s La Mancha region. The 6 months aged Manchego has a rich flavor that’s full of depth and a wonderful creaminess to its finish. We love it served next to cured ham, plus a cup of sherry or dry red wine.
Goat Wine: This goat’s milk cheese has a white interior with a very creamy texture and a natural mold rind. It has an unusual but mild flavor with a light acidity and a hint of hazelnuts. Ideally served with a white wine.
Sheep Sherry Cask 5Q: 5Q is Alimentias’s signature cave-aged cheese cured for ten months in Jerez de la Frontera. The innovative and one-of-a-kind curing inside Sherry casks for the last few months of aging confers this unpasteurized sheep’s milk cheese oaky notes and a refined, fruity flavor thanks to the unique aroma of the Oloroso Sherry DOP wine.
Meseta: Meseta is a Manchego Style cheese produced in La Mancha using Spanish Merino breed Sheep’s milk. Merino sheep are a traditional breed of Spain that produce excellent quality of milk. They are born and raised in an extensive elevated plain called the Spanish Meseta, 650M above sea level. This high-quality milk leads to a complex table cheese that is both tangy, and nutty with hints of fruit. This product is aged for 12 months and can be used as you would Manchego. Serve with Marcona almonds and quince paste. Pair with Spanish reds
